Dublin Terminal 2 Project
About the Dublin Terminal 2 Project

The design team (Pascall & Watson, Arup & Mace) working on the new Dublin Airport Terminal 2 Project (T2) recognised the importance of providing the highest standard of fire and blast protection. Dublin’s T2 project is the largest construction project in Ireland at present and it is expected that the airport will be capable of catering for up to 35 million passengers per year after its completion. Modubuild designers have continually come up with solutions to meet the challenges laid down by the project team such as Fire and Blast Protection to Transformer Rooms, Fire rated Bulkheads suspended below Baggage Handling equipment, Fire escape lobbies, Fire Rated Floors to Server Rooms, Fire Protection to structural steel and fire and vandal resistant protection to service penetration openings.

Each of the installations provided by Modubuild are fully tested solutions and Modubuild Provided third party certification from Firas for the site installation in addition to Modubuilds own certification.
