Modubuild were delighted to continue working with global infant nutrition giant Danone. Following from the successful completion of two previous phases Modubuild have recently completed our third major cleanroom project at Danone Infant Nutrition in Wexford Town.
The expansion is a direct response to Danone’s global success and customer driven demand for reliable infant nutrition and also reflects Danone’s commitment to investment in Ireland. Modubuild worked in close collaboration with consultant engineers Malone O’Regan and management contractor David Flynn Ltd to deliver a high-quality cleanroom facility providing almost 15’000m2 of floor space. All three projects were extremely fast track, we worked with our key supplier Huurre, to ensure panel production was significantly expedited to guarantee project milestones were achieved.
Installed over 4 floors the complete project provides Danone with the required capacity to allow expansion and ensure that global supply demands are met. Upon completion of works over 350’000 incident free hours was achieved.
