- Operations – Our operations teams strive to achieve excellence on all of our projects by using innovative construction methods from project kick off to handove
- Design – Our talented design team continues to push boundaries by creating and providing valuable solutions to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Engineering – Within our engineering department we have team members from varied engineering disciplines who together, provide advanced construction methods and project management strategies across all sectors
- Commercial – Both our commercial and tendering and pre-construction teams contribute to the commercial success of all our projects ensuring deadlines and margins are met
- Finance – Our finance team are responsible for planning, organising, auditing, accounting for and controlling the company’s finances
- Administration – All of our administration team members drive the company’s standards to ensure all documents and procedures are accounted for to ensure projects are successfully completed
- Health and Safety – At the core of all of our projects is our dedicated health and safety team who ensure the highest levels of safety are maintained and adhered to across all of our projects and locations
Learning and Development
The key to our success is through the continuous professional development and upskilling of our team members. This is why Modubuild has supported numerous team members through a range of third level education courses, safety courses, language courses, diplomas and certificates and many more. We are committed to enabling our team members to further develop their skills and reach their career goals.
